Manor Care Centre, a care home in the small village of East Kirkby, Lincolnshire, has been working collaboratively with its local practice, Spilsby GP Practice, on the implementation of the CliniTouch Vie remote monitoring platform. The goal was to provide care for the residents while minimising face-to-face contact as well as preventing emergency hospital admissions.
With the platform, the GP team were able to provide continuity of care, safely, giving the carers peace of mind that the residents’ health was being closely monitored.
