Aligned with the national push to scale up the delivery of virtual wards, hospital-at-home, and remote care for long-term conditions, we are on the lookout for Digital Health Transformation Specialists who can help us, and our NHS partners, rise to these demands and challenges.
With flexible paid posts available to fit around existing commitments, our Digital Health Transformation Specialists will help to build innovative and new digital health pathways, support the NHS in maximising funding opportunities, develop remote patient monitoring solutions, and much more.
