We recently announced that we were up for three awards at the 2022 Business Culture Awards. The awards took place on Wednesday 5th October at the DeVere Grand Connaught Rooms, London. We’re thrilled to be adding another trophy to our awards cabinet, plus a certificate of high commendation! Read more about the award categories below.
🏆 Business Culture Ambassador Award – Winner
Our Culture and Communications Lead, Vanessa Reading, took home this award for her work in leading culture initiatives across Spirit (and doing it brilliantly!). This award recognises individuals who are role models for their work in influencing, championing, and shaping exceptional Business Culture. Congratulations Vanessa!

I’m absolutely thrilled to have won the Business Culture Ambassador award. To be recognised for my work leading culture initiatives is amazing – special thanks to Kerry (People Director) for nominating me. Spirit and all of the people in it have a huge place in my heart so it’s an honour to be taking this trophy home!
🏆 Best Small Organisation for Business Culture – Highly Commended
We’re proud to have also gotten a high commendation for the ‘Best Small Organisation‘ category. This award celebrates companies that have undertaken a substantial initiative which has had a demonstrable impact on their Business Culture.
