The Role
This is an exciting position overseeing our Group-wide communications and marketing where you will bring creative ideas to life to build and shape Spirit’s reputation.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in both strategic communications and content creation across a variety of channels.
You’ll be vital in fostering engagement and connection with our Spirit employees, ensuring our people are inspired, informed and aligned with our brand story, culture and vision.
You will also have responsibility for shaping and sharing our corporate messaging. From PR and thought leadership to brand storytelling, your efforts will position Spirit Health as a leader in the healthcare industry.
In this role, you’ll implement a comprehensive communications plan that brings together these dual focuses, ensuring Spirit’s story resonates with internal and external audiences alike.

The Candidate
This role is fast-paced and full of variety. If you have a background in social media, PR, or content production, internal marketing and communications, and love the thrill of getting stuck in, this could be the ideal role for you!
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of corporate brand, culture, and values – and how these can be showcased and used to achieve business objectives.
You’ll be a self-starter with the ability to work across multiple projects and manage multiple stakeholders at once. You’ll have a great eye for design and brilliant communication skills both to internal and external stakeholders.
The role offers the chance to work on projects aimed at improving lives, helping the NHS and transforming global healthcare approaches – we’re looking for someone with the drive and tenacity to take this on.
