In response to the pandemic, Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust significantly increased the number of vulnerable patients across Leicestershire being digitally monitored at home, using CliniTouch Vie.
The aim was to reduce face-to-face visits and reduce emergency hospital admissions. The project successfully reduced the number of physical home visits needed, while maximising local clinical resource and keeping patients out of hospital.
