The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 CIPD qualification. As an HR Assistant (Apprentice), you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to our People team and the Spirit Family, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

You are a highly motivated and dedicated individual, committed to providing exceptional service across the business. You are willing to learn and bring strong organisation, analytical, and communication skills. Detail-oriented and eager to learn, you can work independently, prioritise workload effectively, and maintain a customer-focused mindset. A true team player with a can-do attitude, you are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
