The Role
The role of Managing Director will be working in our Medicines Optimisation Division, reporting to the Group CEO, responsible for the budget and growth plans. The role will be accountable for all functions, including the service delivery and product functions, working closely and leading the senior leadership team, ensuring business performance aligns with Spirit’s mission and long term goals, delivering against budget and KPIs.

You have a strong and successful background in leadership and proven success of a like role within the healthcare industry. You have exceptional people and problem solving skills, blended with a proven commercial track record, with the ability to inspire, empower and in general be an influential communicator.
